This reverts commit 43863cfe35a46ee10954af35fdf9e643a2ccb536.
Better design is handled inside ntirpc.
Update to match NTI-RPC Napalm rendezvous.
Eliminate NFS dispatch threads, use callbacks instead.
Eliminate NFS dispatch stallq.
Harmonize RDMA and VSOCK configuration and rendezvous.
Originally circa Jun 11, 2015 (or earlier).
Combined nfs_rpc_get_funcdesc() with is_rpc_call_valid();
remove duplicated tests, use callbacks instead.
