The libntirpc submodule version is updated to 1.6.

All the other lines use
src/nfs-ganesha.spec:%{_libdir}/libntirpc.so
Could somebody look at this? I'll be happy to update my patch,
but don't know this file syntax. Would is be as simple as fixing
that one line?

rpm: include correct embedded libntirpc version
There has been a pull-up for libntirpc, but the %files section in the
.spec was not updated with the new version. This causes building the
RPMs to fail in case libntirpc is embedded/bundled.

OTOH, CEA-HPC failed in mysterious ways on previous versions of
this patch, but succeeds on this nearly identical version with
the submodule minimum requirement changed to 1.6. Good!
