Change subject: Strip FSAL_ZFS out

Strip FSAL_ZFS out
The legacy (non-support_ex) FSAL API is on its way out. FSAL_ZFS
never got converted and has no real champion. Rather than leaving
it in to bitrot, it's easier to just strip it out.
