[GPFS] Set a FDs 'openflags=FSAL_O_CLOSED' when fd=-1 is set
Currently in GPFS, when a file descriptor is closed we don't always
set the FDs 'openflags=FSAL_O_CLOSED'. This may lead to issues when
'openflags' is used to identify if FD is closed/not opened.
Fixed this by setting 'openflags=FSAL_O_CLOSED' when 'fd=-1' is set.
