Change subject: fsal_rgw: clean up gsh_malloc(), gsh_calloc(), and gsh_free()

fsal_rgw: clean up gsh_malloc(), gsh_calloc(), and gsh_free()

gsh_malloc() and gsh_calloc() always return a valid pointer (or
they abort()), no need to check != NULL.

gsh_free() (like free(3)) handles NULL, no need to check for
ptr != NULL before calling gsh_free().
