hello, about your issue: you tried to create a new profile and specified an end date that is not present in the live profile's data.
To start with, try to create a profile without specifying an end date (use the max. size or expire settings to limit it) If you realy what to use the end date/time setting, please be sure your live profile already contains the data of this specified date/time.
