The next snapshot has not yet enabled the sampling feature, because I need to 
do more tests and still some more coding.
Flexible Netflow, as it is introduced by CISCO became more complex which nfcapd 
needs to deal with because each exporter
may have it's own sampling. But the sampling feature will follow soon in one of 
the next snapshort series.
