Our ISP charges us by our usage, they charge us $ x Y/Mb where Y is equal to our 95th percentile usage. The 95th percentile billing structure is an industry standard. It is supported by many network monitoring programs like Cacti for example. If 95th percentile calculations and graphing is not supported by nfsen, is there a using nfsen RRD files in Cacti guide somewhere.
