A bit hard to tell w/o knowing how many flows you have.
When looking through the code it *does* look like nfdump is running out of
memory.
You're trying to create TopN element stats ("record" sorted by flows). AFAIK
you need
one entry in the stats table per record. Since you don't seem to be aggregating
(option -A) this can be a lot of records.
Simply listing and/or filtering them shouldn't need too much memory. Also
aggregation
or statistics other than "record" could help.
