1. For netflow v5, use nfdump-1.6.3p1 to get rif of the "swap" messages.
2. I guess this is a new installation.
Make sure that you have configured a colour entry for each source: e.g. 'col' 
=> '#0000FF'
Although you can change this later on, newer RRD version become more picky when 
creating the RRD DB.
You also should have seen error messages while installing nfsen.
