I have find a workaround:
- Install Nfsen
- Copy the old file in the new directory form live profile
- Modify .../profiles-stat/live/profile.dat
- First start Nfsen
- Create a new temporary profile over the complete time
-- Channels: "1:1 channels from profile live"
-- Type: "Shadow Profile"
-- Sources: Select any sources
-- Filter: "any"
- After creating this profile, copy the *.rrd files form this profile to
the life profile.
- Delete the temporary profile
