Create a file in your init directory called nfsen with the content above and run
chmod 755 nfsen && chkconfig --add nfsen && chconfig nfsen on
and voila nfsen at startup

We are auto-starting nfsen by including in /etc/rc.local:
/data/nfsen/bin/nfsen start
That's in CentOS / RHEL 5.x
