Hello, what I usually do is sampling on the pfe, this way you sample all the packets traversing the MX960. You might want to check with your Juniper support if you have some non trivial MPLS configuration this config maybe must be adapted to your setup, but these few lines should make you started.
Warning: most likely committing this config will cause a short service interruption because your change the forwarding-options. Another strategy is to add a firewall filter with the "sample" action on a specific interface where you want to sample. I think it is not practical if you want to sample on all interfaces. good luck Saverio set chassis tfeb slot 0 sampling-instance netflow-ipfix set chassis tfeb slot 0 inline-services flow-table-size ipv4-flow-table-size 5 set forwarding-options sampling input rate 1000 set forwarding-options sampling instance netflow-ipfix input rate 1000 set forwarding-options sampling instance netflow-ipfix family inet output flow-server <nfsenserverip> port 10000 set forwarding-options sampling instance netflow-ipfix family inet output flow-server <nfsenserverip> autonomous-system-type origin set forwarding-options sampling instance netflow-ipfix family inet output flow-server <nfsenserverip> version-ipfix template netflow-ipv4 set forwarding-options sampling instance netflow-ipfix family inet output inline-jflow source-address <loopback_ip_address_should_work> set forwarding-options family inet filter input fwf-pfe-in set firewall family inet filter fwf-pfe-in term netflow-ipv4 then sample set firewall family inet filter fwf-pfe-in term netflow-ipv4 then next term set firewall family inet filter fwf-pfe-in term default then accept 2015-11-16 16:15 GMT+01:00 Leandro <[email protected]>: > Helle guys. > Any one achieve this ? > I have been and looking for and selecting documentation in the last > week, but can not find a complete implementation example. > I would appreciate if you can share some lines with me. > Regards. > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Presto, an open source distributed SQL query engine for big data, initially > developed by Facebook, enables you to easily query your data on Hadoop in a > more interactive manner.
