Yes, you can, but it's inefficient...

Run a top talkers query and limit the number of results to something very
large. Then count the number of lines you get in return (substract table
headers and summary lines):

nfdump -M /data/nfsen/profiles/live/Router1:Router2 -T  -r
nfcapd.201607042030 -n 10000000000 -s srcip/flows
