My patch lists this caveat for ssl_protocols, but I wouldn't be
surprised if some other SSL-context settings are also currently
global.  For example, the cipher settings (ssl_ciphers, ssl_dhparam,
ssl_ecdh_curve, and ssl_prefer_server_ciphers) and session settings
(ssl_session_cache, ssl_session_ticket_key, ssl_session_tickets, and
ssl_session_timeout) might also be per-socket instead of per-server.
