Hello everyone!

I am proposing to add the mjs file extension to the mime-types, because the
lack of it causes some problems with apps (in this case Nextcloud) . I have
reviewed the old discussion about the change from application/javascript to
text/javascript and I understand the position of devs, but the lack of mjs do
really require workarounds that sometimes aren't that straightforward for most
docker users.

I tried sending the patch via hg but it sems gone, so adding it here to the
bottom. It's my first contribution to Nginx, and I tried my best to follow the
guidelines.
