Sirs:

I'm not sure who is responsible for the web server on 2001:1af8:4060:a004:21::e3 but it's not serving up HTTP properly for nginx.org over IPv6. The server on 2606:7100:1:69::3f is working just fine but for some reason Chrome is preferring the 2001:1af8:4060:a004:21::e3 address first. If this email needs to be addressed elsewhere, please let me know.
