Here is nginx.conf file : https://pastebin.com/VF5L1xXy Some people on different forums saying its due to proxy cache but we're not using any kind of cache except for File-Descriptors cache config in nginx. The setup is built on pure NGINX+Php-fpm. Thanks for the help in advance !! Shahzaib
