Dec 19 14:04:04 localhost ngircd[4859]: ngircd 19.2-SYSLOG+ZLIB+SSL+IRCPLUS+IPv6-i686/pc/linux-gnu started. No SELinux and AppArmor doesn't show any issues/problems.
