There seem to be issues when using user types in comparisons with Linq and
the new HQL. You can see from the tests in NH-2394 that things are not
entirely happy. Code that worked with the old NHibernate.Linq provider is
failing on the new one. I wasn't totally sure if the second HQL query was
supposed to work, but it seemed to me like it should. Seems like it's not
connecting the type of the property with the type of the parameter on the
other side the equation. Is this a known issue?
