Hi,

I suggest to publish the releasenotes on nhforge somewhere visible.
Maybe it's my mistake, but for previous releases I've only found it
inside the .zip-file. A bit cumbersome, and it seems customary for
other OSS projects to display them "online" so to speak. Perhaps they
should even be included in the reference?
