I dont think that this would help since developers are only users. And
users dose not read descriptions. The saw only "NHibernate developers"
and think they are right.
My guess would be two enable spam detection and let only people post
that get one approve mail from a moderator.

Currently, the group description is just "For NHibernate developers", which
is rather ambiguous.
We'll probably get less of those emails if we change it to something like
