Sounds good to me - be nice if the SQL Server build ran first, or on it's
own agent (it's the most important one).

My personal theory is that the build server is timing out because it
can't handle running tests for all the databases at once. If this is
agreed upon, I propose limiting the tests to a single agent so they
run in sequence.
