I don't know whats wrong now with the patch, and i'm willing to fix it. The
thing is that patch is out there for a year or so. If there's any problem
with the implementation i'm willing to fix that to, if somebody would just
say what's exactly wrong with it.

Currently, the multi criteria/query object joins the queries together. its
impossible to do it like that because with oracle, you have to create an
anonymous pl/sql block and cursors as out parameters, which is much
different than just writing ; between the queries, so i've delegated the
responsibility to the driver. The base driver handles the queries like it is
today and the odp driver creates the pl/sql block.

Fabio told me he'd like to keep it in the batcher, but the batcher batches
updates/saves, at least currently, joining the queries is done, like i said,
by the multi criteria/multi class.
