Hi all.
I'm pleased to report that all the SQLite unit tests are now passing
(or appropriately ignored). The SQLite support was improved in many
significant ways, including the addition of foreign key support. I
have removed the special test results file, as any failing tests are
new failures.
I'd be happy to hear critiques on my changes to Dialect over the past
few weeks. I already have one pending issue related to the Dialect
changes. Some of the changes also didn't sit entirely well with me
(ex. BeforeDropSchemaCommand).
