Then use Castle or try to send us a failing test. The embedded ProxyFactory is not intended to be used with other "magical" static/dynamic-proxy system. When you need a flexible dynamic-proxy system you can inject it to NH.
Our ProxyFactory is just the default that have to cover 80% to 90% of the "normal" usage scenario of NHibernate. For others special scenario, as you know, you can inject other proxy-system.
