Stephen and John, I already updated Ohloh to point at the new repo on
GitHub. Sorry should have mentioned it here.

Also I revised the wording and updated the project README file to Markdown
format. It is displayed quite prominently in GH. I would appreciate
feedback, particularly on the Credits section I added - I am bound to have
missed somebody.
