Hi, I've been attempting a port of the enhanced TableGenerator ID strategy from Hibernate, and currently it looks promising. I take it that the reason why this is missing from NHibernate is simply because no one has found the time to port it yet? And not that the concept has been rejected for some reason?
Nothing to show yet, I need to clean it up a bit, but a simple test is passing. This is built on the porting work for the enhanced SequenceStyleGenerator that Fabio did in 2008. Fabio, was that work completed to the state hibernate was at in 2008, or is it regarded as work in progress? Anyway, there seems to have been a bunch of changes made to Hibernate since 2008 in this matter, so I need to review those before this can be considered complete. /Oskar
