Does anybody know if it was every tried to built in an automatic optimizer, fetching exactly the needed object graph? I wrote an article<http://kleffels-software-blog.de/?p=693>(need to use google translator) about how this could work and created a small proof of concept. I think it could work using a statistics based approach, using "learning" and "advices". I think that some object database implemented such features in the past.
