Whether this gets included with the core is up to the committers (I know
Hazzik wanted to get it implemented)
The code, of course, is LGPL and up for anyone to grab and include in the
NH core or other libraries.

In order to include it in the core, you'd have to make sure it doesn't
break any tests, and change the iesi references when committing to the
master branch.

In any case... in these days of ubiquitous Nuget, I don't think being a
separate library is a bad thing.
