I think we can merge PR #311 NH3667, NH3102, NH3205 to a fix a mapping-by-code issue with compination of entity and component/element in dictionaries.
With that merged I'm looking to release 4.0.1 on this Sunday, and after that branch for 4.0.x and open master for 4.1 development. So far we have two regressions reported for NH4.0, both fixed in 4.0.1.
