Nice! What about the roadmap ahead? When can we expect 4.1 and, better, 5? 
What will be in each?
This has already been discussed, but no conclusions. I think that for 5 we 
should address mainly async support and maybe having NH as portable class 
library (not sure if it is possible); you have a pull request for changing 
ADO.NET references, and there is another one (I believe) for async.
Thoughts?
