No, no estaba haciendo eso. Lo que hacia era lo siguiente:
Configuration cfg = new Configuration();
cfg.AddAssembly("Corporate.Client.Services");
en el primer ejemplo que les pedi ayuda, lo hacia asi y corria bien.
Ahora hago:
Configuration cfg = new Configuration();
cfg.Configure();
y me tira este error:
