Tenes alumnos?, es decir entra en el foreach? Me suena a que ->dsa.Tables["Alumno"]<- es nulo, existe la tabla en el DataSet?, ya que usas DataSets, podrías usarlos tipados.
Si hay que apostar apostaría que dsa.Tables["Alumno"] es null, y no te viene ningún alumno por eso no salta antes el error. Pero siempre long shoot!
