Ok, the CHM can be downloaded from here temporarily:

http://www.symbiotic-development.com/nhibernate/NHibernateApiDocs.chm

This could also be put together as VS addin docs or a website if there's a
place to host it.  The sizes aren't small though; the website comes in at
about 120Mb...don't ask me why...and the CHM file is 15Mb.  It's probably
the index.
