Given lazy many-to-one property Bar this:

  public class Foo
  {
       public virtual BarBase Bar { get; set; }
  }

It seems this is never true:

  if (foo.Bar is DerivedBar)

Nor this:

  if (typeof(DerivedBar).IsAssignableFrom(foo.Bar))

It's because even though foo.Bar is actually of type DerivedBar, it is
currently of a dynamic proxy type. I need to know the actual type.
Is there any solution besides to make foo.Bar not lazy?
