My opinion is that is better to talk about something else. The NH-team can't
considerer "47" votes as something serious to take a decision.

We talk about "logging abstraction" in our dev-list and really is not a
priority for us.
Sure it is interesting and sure we will implement something for the next
mayor version but, as "47" are showing, the "logging abstraction" is not a
big deal for mayor NH's users.

I want give you some others numbers only to give you the opportunity to
compare with "47" or "31" :
52642 are downloads of NH2.0.1GA since 2008-09-29
1010 are downloads of NH2.1.0Alpha1 since 2009-03-15 (mean in less than 5
days, the time of your poll)
1461 are members of this list (where you publish the invitation to vote)

"logging abstraction", for us (nh-team), is important only to remove the
last strong-reference to something not maintained directly for nh-team or
Microsoft.

We are hoping that somebody, in Microsoft, understand why is important to
have System.Collections.ISet and System.Collections.Generics.ISet<T>, when
we will have an interface for Sets we will remove Iesi.Collections.
Btw remember that Iesi.Collections is something maintained by NH team and
don't have a dependency with NH (that mean you can use it for your entities
without a reference to NH).

Story closed, thank for your interest.
