In web.config
<hibernate-configuration xmlns="urn:nhibernate-configuration-2.2">
<bytecode-provider type="lcg"/>
<reflection-optimizer use="false"/>
</hibernate-configuration>

Then you can have the hibernate.cfg.xml in somewhere else.
