OpenSession is not taking 2 seconds. 2 seconds is the time it is taking to
get an object with certain

id using session.Get method. The 2 seconds is the time it is taking for
second time. First call to session.Get takes 10 seconds.

I am not able to find the reason why it is taking 10 seconds for the first
time and just 2 seconds second time.

session.Get is invoked on two different sessions. so no question of session
using first level cache.

I do not even enabled second level cache.
