Maybe, this is an Off-Topic Steve. There is a problem in the new linq provider within an scenario like this:
invoices.Where(i => i.Date == null) is failing because it generates a: select .... from invoice where invoice.Date = null instead of : select .... from invoice where invoice.Date is null 2009/10/29 José F.
