0) download the latest bleeding edge code from NH trunk, see if the problem
happens there too. if it does:
1) read

2) create a new bug or reopen the old one in jira (not sure what's
appropriate from the message/what's permitted)
3) submit a failing test, attach to jira from 2.
4) if you are so inclined, create a patch. and attach to the same jira.
