The problem is related to a command line parser error. Please try to write: db2hbm -config:"D:\NET\NHibernate\db2hbm\me-config.xml" let me know if it fix your issue, if don't let me know anyway, i will fix the issue in code. If you need to run the tool meanwhile, please provide a path without ":" in it, this should work.
