well.... for the second question...
the faults of the parents does not fall upon the children.

Contact, Parent and Child are only some of the roles a Person may have and
the interpretation of role depend on which Person in a specific moment you
are pointing.
Before be married with my wife I was one of her contacts and mine and her
family was different.
Now we are a family (the instance of the property Family is the same) and
I'm the Parent of my daughter and the Child of my parents and the Contact of
some companies.

To be short: the IT representation of the reality is broken in your
domain-model.
