This is a CAS exception. In order to use lazy loading, your host must grant Reflection.Emit and Reflection.ProtectedMemberAccess. All other permissions in default medium trust should be fine. However, if you're not lazy loading and turned off the reflection optimizer and still getting the exception, I'm not sure what the problem is...
