I'm using NHibernate Search and NH3.1 Sometimes the write.lock file don't get deleted. What can cause this type of errors? I use the FullTextIndexEventListener in my web.config for populating the index on insert, update and delete. I get no errors when saving an entity, but sometimes new entities just don't get indexed. If I try to use the IFullTextSession.Index I get an error the a lock cannot be created, because the write.lock is still there.
If I try to manually delete the lock file I get new errors that the indexreader/writer is stale. In my development environment I cannot reproduce the problem with the write lock, but in production I get these problems. Any ideas?
