Try Dialect.GetDataBaseSchema().
Something like:
using NHibernate.Dialect;
...
Dialect dialect = session.Factory.Dialect;
IDataBaseSchema meta =
dialect.GetDataBaseSchema((DbConnection)session.Connection);
By the looks of it, meta will tell you about the schema, and methods
in Dialect can help with DDL to manipulate the schema.
