Try Dialect.GetDataBaseSchema().

Something like:

using NHibernate.Dialect;
    ...
    Dialect dialect = session.Factory.Dialect;
    IDataBaseSchema meta =
dialect.GetDataBaseSchema((DbConnection)session.Connection);

By the looks of it, meta will tell you about the schema, and methods
in Dialect can help with DDL to manipulate the schema.
