As a quick aside for this topic, does anyone know how to pre-generate those proxies in the 3.3 build? I spent a little while trying to update the old ProxyGenerators from SourceForge but gave up as I had no luck after about an hour. I'd rather ship the proxies in our assembly given that they take a while to generate and don't (shouldn't) change
