But do you get any actual error? From a cursory glance it looks unused.
The relevant part of my bootstrapping seems to work:
FluentConfiguration configuration = Fluently.Configure()
.Database(MsSqlConfiguration.MsSql2005.ConnectionString(connectionString))
.Mappings(m => ...)
.BuildSessionFactory().
