Sr.Document Control 1 position Post Date: 27 May 09 Essencial Function : Creation and review of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), including application of the rules of interchange ability and describing the material dispositions of affected products. Creation and maintenance of Bill of Materials (BOM) for sustaining products. Creation of Part Numbers Creation and review of Manufacturer data, to include obtaining approvals, and maintaining component information. Archiving and control of product deliverables. Support the environmental goals of Polycom, including the RoHS and REACH directives. Qualifications : Must have following education and experience: B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience. Experience with Engineering Change Orders/Notices, structuring of Bill of Materials, and creating part numbers. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Experience working with a PDM system, preferrably, the Agile system. Knowledge and experience with RoHS and related Material Declarations a plus.
