I've painted a few mufflers and exhausts with heat resistant paint
that I've found at automotive supplies. Even Walmart has the stuff.
I was just wondering if anyone had found something a little closer to
the original.
I looked at a1984 NH S (700) for sale today. In really good shape
except for the turn signal holders (of course) and a slight dent in
the tank at the knee position. I would have bought it for $1000
except it has 55,000 miles on it. It still sounded good but I've
never heard of a bike with much life after 40,000 at least an air
cooled. Is there anybody out there who would talk me into buying it
with that mileage?
